Internal Warm Transfer to Power Wizard Agent
Step 1: Advise the customer that you will warm transfer the call directly to the correct department (customer service/ sales), and you will place them on a brief hold while you connect them to an agent.
NOTE: Follow the Ameyo Warm Transfer process and transfer the call to 855-475-8315 , press 1 for sales or 2 for customer service on Gold VIP customers ONLY.
Step 2: When the agent answers, use this suggested scripting and provide the customer's information:
Suggested Care to Sales Script
“Hi, this is _____ with the care team. I have a customer on the line who is looking to add a new service. When you are ready, I can provide their information.”
Suggested Sales to Care Script
“Hi, this is _____ with the sales team. I have a current customer on the line who is looking to get some assistance on ______. When you are ready, I can provide their information.”
Step 3: Wait for the agent to confirm readiness, then provide the following customer information:
- Customer's First and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Service Address (if applicable)
- Email Address (if applicable)
Step 4: When the agent is ready, bring the customer on the line and introduce them to the agent:
Suggested Script
“Mr./Ms. Customer, I have ______ from the sales/customer service team ready to help. It was a pleasure assisting you today.”
Step 5: When the agent welcomes the customer, disconnect from the call following the normal process.
