If a customer is enrolled over the phone on a CleanSky product, we are required to verify their identity by collecting a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Inform the Customer:
Let the customer know that they will need to send a valid government-issued ID to confirm their enrollment. They should email the document to:

If you are expecting a document from a customer, notify Heidy and Christine in the Sales Slack channel. This allows us to monitor the inbox and ensure timely processing. The slack message should include the following:

- Customer Name
- Customer Email
- Service Address
- Service Start Date
- Plan Name
- Rate (include pricing tier, e.g., 10.4¢ @ 1000 kWh)
- Enrollment Confirmation Number / Transaction ID

Since the help@powerwizard.com email isn’t active yet, Christine and I will be forwarding the identity verification to CleanSky on your behalf. The email is linked to our Outlook account, so if you’re looking for updates, please reach out to us via Slack.
