The Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) is responsible for maintenance and service of the wires and poles that transmit electricity. If the customer is experiencing a power outage, this is to be reported to the TDSP.
In the event a customer is calling in due to a power outage, use the following information to check the status of the outage or report the outage to the TDU -
